Groupe Neurones does not ensure the availability of:

  • repair services
  • replacement parts
  • maintenance information for the products it sells 

2. Products covered by Law 29

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • water bottles
  • technological products
  • pins
  • outdoor products (chairs, hammocks, tents, etc.)
  • kitchenware

and any other goods that may require maintenance during their lifetime 

3. Manufacturer information

The availability of repair services, replacement parts, or maintenance information is determined solely by the manufacturer, over which Groupe Neurones has no control, and may vary depending on the product and over time.

When such information is provided by the manufacturer, Groupe Neurones may include links to it on its product pages.

Groupe Neurones does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of this information.
